Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in packaging every order, but if your product arrives damaged or defective, we're here to make it right. Please record a video while unboxing your order and contact us at orders@songofindia.co.in within 3 days of delivery with the video as proof. Once reviewed, we will either ship a replacement product or issue a store credit — your choice.

Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for a replacement or store credit.

Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at orders@songofindia.co.in within 3 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the item received. We will arrange a replacement promptly.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.

Store Credit
Store credits issued will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used against any purchase on songofindia.co.in.
