Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched on public holidays or Sundays. You will receive an email notification with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. Ashoca Wellness Private Limited will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹500 across India. For orders below ₹500, a shipping charge will be applicable and will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes between 1–15 working days depending on your location and the time of year. Deliveries to metros and major cities are generally faster, while remote, hilly, or rural areas may take longer. During peak seasons, festivals, or adverse weather conditions, delivery timelines may be extended beyond the standard estimate.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Partners

We work with reputed courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and in good condition. Once your order is handed over to the courier, tracking information will be shared with you via email.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order directly on the courier partner's website.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@songofindia.co.in and we will investigate with our courier partner.
